King’s Undergraduate Summer School is now open for applications. As per the exchange agreement between our institutions there are 10 Single Session Exchange (tuition free) places available for your students on our Summer School.
Our Application deadline is 31 May 2019 and I am attaching our application guidelines for your students to use when submitting their applications.
We have made a change to the way students book and pay for their accommodation. Each one of our programmes now has a residential version that includes accommodation. This will allow students to reserve their accommodation at the same time as submitting their course application.
Please remember that any further students wishing to apply will benefit from a 10% fee reduction and a waiver of the £50 application fee (please see below). They can find out more information about summer modules online at www.kcl.ac.uk/summer.

KU Leuven will celebrate its 600th anniversary in 2025, making it one of Europe’s oldest universities. KU Leuven accommodates 50,000 students, spread across 15 campuses in Leuven and elsewhere in Flanders.
KU Leuven is Belgium’s largest higher education institution and is considered to be one of the most prestigious research universities in Europe. It is in 47th place in the Times Higher Education World University Rankings. We are also Europe’s most innovative university in Reuters Europe’s top 100 innovative universities ranking.
The Faculty of Economics and Business (one of the organising faculties) was awarded with the EQUIS accreditation and affirms KU Leuven’s place amongst the select group of accredited schools such as Copenhagen Business School, Edhec, HEC Paris, Insead, London Business School, Tsinghua, …
During this 14-day residential course jointly offered by the Faculties of Arts, Economics & Business and Social Sciences you combine two majors, chosen from a list of four: Doing Business with Europe(ans); Policies & Politics in the EU; Entrepreneurship and Innovation in Europe and Social & Demographic Issues. The course includes visits to Brussels (European Parliament!), Antwerp and Bruges.
The course targets graduate students in e.g. Arts, Economics & Business, Law or Social Sciences. Undergraduate students in their final year are also welcome to apply. Students with Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees from other disciplines should have had some exposure to at least one of the fields under study.
The summer course takes place at KU Leuven, Belgium. By train the town of Leuven is 13 minutes away from Brussels Airport (BRU) and 20 minutes from Brussels’ Central Station. The 14-day course will run from Monday 1 July 2019 to Saturday 13 July 2019, ending with a certificate awarding ceremony and farewell drink.

We are glad to inform you that UAB Barcelona Summer School 2019 is already published in our website. Our offer for 2019 has been remarkably increased, 7 out of 21 courses are new and most of them are 6ECTS credits transferable to students' degree programme. For the first time our international students, who participate in this programme, will have the chance to learn and improve their Spanish as a Foreign Language. The UAB Barcelona Summer School 2019 edition will go from the end of June to early August 2019, which a range of courses from different disciplines taught most of them in English.
